Placing your treadmill, stationary bike, eliptical machine or even Suzanne Somer’s Thigh master machine can turn your leisure time into burning more calories time. You may even surprise yourself when you find you have spent an extra 30 minutes exercising as you complete the TV series you are watching. You’ll definitely be less likely to take those numerous snack trips to the fridge.
