You’ll definitely be less likely to take those numerous snack trips to the fridge.

  • Stair Master

In a world that goes up and down we can actually take advantage of taking it a “step at a time” Stairs are a great way to get your cardio in and raise your heart rate to burn more calories as well as working your glutes, hamstrings and core all in a shorter amount of time.

  • Woman, Strong

Light to moderate strength training has numerous benefits for our bodies. You will lose the fat and tone your body, you will gain strength without the bulk and you will decrease the risk of heart disease, diabetes and osteoperosis.
