10 Ways to Boost Your Gratitude Practice (Pt. 2)

In the spirit of giving thanks, I wanted to share this article I read in Body + Soul magazine. 

4. Flip your complaints. 

Every time you go to complain about something, stop. Think about one thing that you’re learning from this inconvenience.

5. Start a gratitude wall. 

Whenever you’re moved by the spirit of gratitude, write down the source of your inspiration on a post-it note and stick it on the wall. You’ll gradually build a mosaic of gratitude, with plenty to remind you of what makes your life special.

6. Pay a thank-you visit. 

Don’t just send a thank-you note. Deliver it in person — and bring the tissues. (Your gesture of gratitude might provoke happy tears all around.)
