15 Things You Should Do Right Now

15Sometimes we need to slow down and pause. I needed to take a moment and reflect on the good things and all that is in store for me.  After doing this exercise, I felt refreshed and centered.

Take a few moments to complete this exercise. You’ll love how you feel afterwards.

You ready?

1. Sit up straight.

2. Inhale deeply.

3. Exhale deeply.

4. Hang your head down & roll your neck from left to right.

5. Roll your shoulders backward.

6. Roll your shoulders forward.

7. Reflect on 5 good things that have happened this year.

8. Thank God for those 5 things.

9. Pray for 5 more things you’d like to happen before the year is over. (Write these down.)

10. Tell God to have His way in your life — taking away all that isn’t for you and placing you on the path He designed just for you.

11. Believe He will do it.

12. Sit back & imagine your life when you’re living your purpose, on track for the abundant life He promised.

13. EXPECT things to begin to move in your life.

  1. This was so awesome. I needed this! Sometimes I tend to dwell too long on negative things rather than taking the time to appreciate all of the positive things in my life.
