Woman, Live!

Maya Angelou Said It Best

We see what we want. We reach for it…only for our old ways of thinking and habits to pull it back down to our “I know there’s more” lives.

Maya Angelou says that when we know better, we will do better.

You know how to better manage finances. You know how to eat better. You know that your words either bless or curse. You know you should spend quality time with your children and your spouse. You know that your sin is separating you from God. You know that dressing up for Easter isn’t important. You know that a career that makes your heart leap is better than one that is draining, yet stable and secure. You know that family dinner shouldn’t always be deep fried and breaded. You know that unhealthy relationships should be called out and let go. You know that hugging and saying, “I love you,” is nurturing and healing. You know that you are full of potential and gifts. You know that if you don’t workout and eat right, you won’t lose the weight. You know that if you don’t forgive her, you will never have peace. You know that you will reap what you sow. You know that there is more to life. You know that you’re unsatisfied with where you are. And, you know that if you don’t change soon, you will live a life of regret, unfulfilled dreams and sadness.

#ItsTime you stand up for what you know.

You know better.

So, do better.

With Love,
